Delivery within the UK

• £4.95 Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days): Delivery in the UK is by a Royal Mail Tracked Service.
• £6.95 Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 12pm GMT for delivery the next working day and must be to a delivery address within the UK. Deliveries for the Scottish Highlands can take up to 2 working days. Deliveries are via courier and must be signed for.

Please note: Guaranteed next day means next working day. e.g orders placed on a Friday will arrive the following Monday.

Returns

We hope that you enjoy discovering me therapy products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. To do so please call our Customer Services team (0115 845 6486) within 7 working days

of receipt of the items.

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our retailers or party planners you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery
If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution centre, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Other reasons
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Refund time
We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
