Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Me Therapy.  Please note that we are a small independent business that makes everything in small batches by hand, this can mean your product may not always look exactly the same. This is particularly true when working with small batches of essential oils as like the plant they are derived from, they can ever so slightly vary in colour, form and scent. Here is our policy if you need to return

1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used aromatherapy products.

3. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [insert contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
